This website provides general information about JKDD finish carpentry services. You may use it for lawful personal or business purposes related to evaluating or requesting those services.

Estimate requests

Sending an estimate request does not create a contract, guarantee availability or confirm project acceptance. Any final scope, price, schedule, payment terms and other project conditions will be established in a separate written proposal or agreement accepted by the parties.

You are responsible for providing information you are authorized to share and for reviewing the prepared email or share-sheet content before sending it.

Portfolio requests

A portfolio request does not guarantee immediate delivery or the availability of a particular presentation. JKDD will send the latest available portfolio information when the official material and delivery workflow are available. The website does not offer a placeholder or unofficial portfolio download.

Photography and project representation

Photographs identified as licensed stock design references are inspiration imagery and are not represented as completed JKDD projects. Photographer and source credits appear with each image, with additional details in the website photo credits.

Website content

Website text, branding and the official JKDD logo may not be copied or used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission. Third-party photography remains subject to its source license and applicable rights.

Information and availability

JKDD aims to keep website information accurate and accessible but does not promise that every page, link or feature will always be error-free or continuously available. Service availability and project suitability are evaluated individually.

Third-party services

This website uses GitHub Pages for hosting, Pexels as a source of licensed stock photography, and Google services to process estimate and portfolio requests, store submitted files and send related emails. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes and contact
